Shipping Information
We always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. During high-volume periods, delivery times may be slightly longer. Thank you for your patience.
Everyday Shipping:
Orders are shipped with price tickets attached, return instructions, and a packing slip.
We cannot accept special handling/courier requests or provide gift receipts.
Shipping to the Canadian Territories and some remote locations may take longer than outlined below. Delivery time may vary for orders to PO Boxes, according to the availability of Canada Post services.
Once processed, the order status will change to “Shipped” and the package will be picked up the next business day from the distribution centre. You will receive an email with a tracking number. Please monitor the progress closely and report any delivery issues or concerns immediately. Carriers allow 4 business days from the date of delivery for a claim to be submitted. After this, we are unable to assist with delivery issues.
Order total is calculated before taxes and after discounts, coupons, and loyalty dollars are applied. Return postage is excluded.

FREE shipping applies to orders delivered within Canada and valid during the specified date/hours when the minimum order value is met as outlined in email/SMS communication. Cannot be applied to previous online orders or in conjunction with future promotions.
Ship-To-Store:
We are pleased to offer FREE shipping to any of our retail locations.
Once processed, the order status will change to “Shipped”. Orders are shipped with the next stock shipment; therefore, tracking numbers are not available. Once your order arrives in-store, an associate will contact you via telephone to arrange for pickup. One piece of government-issued photo ID and the e-receipt must be presented at the time of pick up. Due to limited space, we ask that orders be picked up within 30 days of delivery. After 60 days, orders will be forfeited by the customer and donated to charity.

International Shipping:
We do not ship orders outside of Canada.
The status of my order has been updated. What does it mean?
“Awaiting Fulfillment” or “Awaiting Shipment” means that your order is in the queue for processing. Once your order is processed, which may take up to 2 business days, the status will be updated to “Shipped”.
“Shipped” means that your order has been processed and will be picked up by the courier the next business day.
Order Delivery & Confirmation:
We deeply appreciate every order placed with us and the trust you show in choosing Ricki’s cleos.
When an order is placed, it initiates processing, packaging, and courier arrangements that incur operational and shipping costs. If an order is not picked up, refused delivery, or marked “Return to Sender,” it does not qualify for an automatic refund. In such cases, a $25 administrative fee will be charged to cover return couriers and handling costs. Any remaining eligible balance (if applicable) will be processed, provided the item(s) are returned to us in their original condition and are eligible for a refund.
We encourage customers to review their orders carefully for accuracy and validate the shipping address before completing a purchase. If you have issues or need help with your order, contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to help find a solution before shipment or delivery.
