Her Rewards Loyalty Program - Terms & Conditions (Effective September 1st, 2026)
Participating Retail Channels
The Her Rewards Loyalty Program is valid at participating cleo and Rick’s store locations in Canada and online at www.cleo.ca and www.ricki’s.com.
Earn Rewards with Every Purchase!
Members earn Her Rewards Loyalty Program reward dollars for every purchase made at any cleo or Ricki’s store or online when signed into a registered account linked to your Her Rewards profile. For every $20 spent (after discounts, including redeemed Reward Dollars, and before taxes and shipping), you’ll receive $1 in Reward Dollars.
Note: Reward Dollars are not earned on Gift Card purchases and may not be added manually. If you return merchandise, any applicable Reward Dollars will be deducted from your account.
Only one membership/account is permitted per person.
In the case of a discrepancy between customer records and cleo, Ricki’s database, cleo, Ricki’s records will govern. Discrepancies must be addressed with cleo, Ricki’s Customer Service Centre within sixty [60] days of the date on which the discrepancy occurred.
Her Rewards Loyalty Program membership is a privilege that can be revoked/terminated by cleo and Ricki’s at any time and without compensation. Amendments to the Her Rewards Loyalty Program terms and conditions will be posted on our website.
Spend Your Rewards!
You can redeem your Her Rewards Loyalty Program reward dollars at any cleo or Ricki’s store or online, provided you’re signed into your registered account. A minimum of $25 in Reward Dollars is required for redemption. You can use all or part of your Reward Dollars as credit toward your purchase (excluding Gift Cards and before taxes and shipping). Remember, Her Reward Dollars have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
Beginning September 1st, 2026, our Her Rewards Loyalty Program will move to a rolling 12-month expiry.
As part of this update, all reward dollars will expire on Monday, August 31st, 2026 regardless of when they were earned. Beginning Tuesday, September 1, 2026, all customer accounts will start fresh with no carryover reward dollar balances. Going forward, reward dollars will be valid for 12 months from the date they are earned, giving you a full year to redeem every reward dollar you earn.
