ORDERS
How do I track my order?
Orders typically take 2–3 business days to process before shipping. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
If you selected in-store pickup at a Ricki’s location, tracking information will also be provided by email.
If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@rickis.com.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, not. Once your order has been placed online, it can’t be cancelled or changed as we begin to process your order immediately to get it to you as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Where Can I Return An Online Order?
Online Return Policy
Return to your nearest store – Easy, fast, and instantly receive your refund.
Online orders may be returned to any Ricki’s or Cleo store location with the order slip, e-receipt, and one piece of government-issued photo ID.
For returns received within 30 days of the order date, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment or a gift card if requested.
Exclusions:
Earrings, bodysuits, shapewear, and clearance items marked Final Sale or ending in .77 are not returnable. Shipping fees and duties (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Return by Mail
Online orders can also be returned by mail.
Returns may be shipped via a courier of your choice to the appropriate store location listed below, based on your province or territory. Please include your packing slip or order number.
Return shipping fees and postage are the customer’s responsibility.
For returns received within 30 days of the order date, a full refund will be applied to the original method of payment. Shipping fees, postage, and duties (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Clearance items marked Final Sale or ending in .77 are not eligible for return. If returned by mail, these items will be forfeited and donated to charity.
What is needed to pick up a Ship to Store order?
For the security of your purchase, a government-issued photo ID must be presented at the store before your package can be handed over.
Do you offer International Shipping?
Unfortunately, at this time, we only ship within Canada.
What is the cost of shipping?
Ground shipping orders $75 or more before taxes, will be shipped free. Orders under $75 will be shipped for a flat fee of $9.99.
Ship to store orders will be shipped for free to any of our store locations for your convenient pick up.
