How to Enter

• Complete the official entry form at rickis.com, or
• Scan the QR code in-store to access the online ballot.

 

Please Note:

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
• The contest is hosted exclusively on our official website.
• Ricki’s will never ask for your credit card or sensitive information to enter.
• All entries become the property of Ricki’s and will not be returned.
• Entries will be reviewed to ensure they meet all eligibility and submission criteria.

 

Contest Period & Winner Selection

• Contest runs from September 17, 2025, to October 31, 2025.
• One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the contest closes.

 

Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of Canada, age 18+.
• Excludes employees of Ricki’s, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotional agencies, contractors, and their immediate family members living in the same household.
• Residents of Quebec: Any dispute regarding the conduct or organization of the contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux. Disputes regarding the awarding of the prize may be submitted to the Régie for settlement.

 

Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a Ricki’s gift card valued at $500 CAD.
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, exchange, or refund.
• Items purchased with the prize gift card cannot be returned.

 

Odds of Winning

Depend on the number of eligible entries received.

 

Winner Notification & Claim Process

The selected winner will be notified by email and must:

1. Correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question via scheduled phone call.
2. Respond within five (5) days of notification. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
3. Sign and return a Declaration and Release Form within 21 days of notification.

Failure to meet any of these requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize.

 

Additional Terms

• By entering, you agree to abide by these official rules and accept Ricki’s decisions as final.
• By entering, you release Ricki’s, its affiliates, employees, partners, and agents from all liability relating to the contest or prize use.
• If selected as the winner, you grant Ricki’s the right to use your name, city/province, photo, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

 

Limitation of Liability

Ricki’s is not responsible for:

• Typographical or printing errors
• Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries
• Technical failures of any kind

We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest in cases of fraud, system errors, or other unforeseen issues. Fraudulent or ineligible entries will be disqualified.

 

Privacy Policy

By entering, you consent to Ricki’s and its agencies collecting and using your personal information solely for contest administration, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The winner’s name and city/province may be announced on Ricki’s website and/or social media platforms.
