I like the style (the shoulder wrap adds interest and makes it feel dressier), but the top should have more structure to it. If you are small busted, you'll have a hard time filling it out and it will sag. The other negative is that the material is quite thin and there is no zipper which makes it incredibly difficult to get on and off.

I'm short (5'2) so was a little long on me but with high heels didn't seem to matter. It does run big, I'm usually L but went down to a M for this dress.
