Win $1000 Travel Voucher 

We are thrilled to be offering you an opportunity to win a $1000 travel voucher, just in time for summer vacation! 

Before we get started, we want to provide you with all of the important stuff, like rules & regulations. So, let’s dive right in! 

1.Sponsor 

Our contest is sponsored by Ricki's Fashions Inc. (Ricki's), headquartered at 1530 Gamble Place in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We want to emphasize that making a purchase is not necessary to enter or win the contest. Your chances of winning will not increase with a purchase. 



2. How to Enter 

To enter, complete the entry ballot on our official Facebook page, Instagram, or rickis.com. Our team will carefully review all submissions to ensure they comply with our guidelines. 

Please be aware that the only official contest is hosted on our verified social pages, and exclusively on rickis.com. It is crucial to note that we would never request your credit card or sensitive information through social media or as part of the contest entry process. Your security is of utmost importance to us. 

All entries become the property of Ricki's and will not be returned. 

3.Drawing 

The contest runs from Friday, May 17, 2024, to Monday, August 19, 2024. The winner will be randomly drawn once the contest has ended.  

4.Eligibility 

The contest is open to Canadian residents who are 18 years of age or older as of the first day of the month they enter the contest. Employees or agents of Ricki's, its affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and immediate family members living in the same household are not eligible to participate. 

Quebec Residents: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purposes of helping the parties reach a settlement.  

5.Prizes 

There will only be one (1) winner drawn after the contest ends. The maximum value of the prize is a $1000 travel voucher that cannot be redeemed in cash. The winner can select any airline of their choosing and an e-gift card for that airline will be delivered by email. The travel voucher has no cash value & cannot be exchanged.  

No refunds or returns are permitted. 

6.Odds 

The odds of winning the $1000 travel voucher depends on the total number of qualifying entries received, and the number of eligible, non-purchase entries. 

7.Winner Notification/Prize Awards 

If you are selected as a winner, we will notify you via email or registered mail. To claim your prize, you will need to meet the following requirements: 

• Correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question without any assistance during a pre-arranged telephone call.  
• Sign and return our standard “Declaration and Release Form” within 21 days from the time the prize notification package is emailed. This form confirms your compliance with the contest rules and releases Ricki's from any liability relating to the contest. 

8.Additional Terms 

By participating in the contest, you agree to these Official Contest Rules and the decisions made by Ricki's Fashions Inc. which will be final in all respects. When you enter the contest, you release Ricki's Fashions Inc., its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, administrators, employees, shareholders, agents, and insurers from any liability, claims, damages, demands, actions, or causes of action that may directly or indirectly arise from your participation in the contest or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize. 

Furthermore, if you win a prize, you agree to allow Ricki's and its designees to use your name, voice, declarations related to the contest, likeness, photograph, city, and province or territory of residence for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation. 

9.Limitation of Liability 

Ricki's shall not be responsible for any print or typographical errors in contest-related materials. We will not be liable for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible non-purchase entries, or for any postage-related issues with non-purchase entries. We also deny responsibility for any electronic data transmission issues, equipment failures, or other failures that may occur during participation in this contest. If, for any reason beyond our control, the contest cannot run as planned, including instances of fraud, technical failures, computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or any other cause, Ricki's reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest, in whole or in part. Entries that are reproduced, fraudulent, illegible, altered, incomplete, or tampered with will be considered invalid. 

10.Privacy Policy  

By entering this contest, you consent to Ricki's and its promotional agencies storing and using the personal information you submit for the purpose of administering the contest in accordance with these Official Contest Rules. This includes sharing the names and cities/provinces of the contest winners on platforms such as our website and social media. We value your privacy and will oversee your information with the utmost care.
