We're thrilled to offer you the chance to refresh your wardrobe with a brand-new pair of jeans every month for an entire year—12 pairs in total, all from Ricki's! Before you jump in, please take a moment to review the terms and conditions below to make sure you're all set to enter and win big. 1. Sponsor 

Our contest is sponsored by Ricki's Fashions Inc. (Ricki's), headquartered at 1530 Gamble Place in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We want to emphasize that making a purchase is not necessary to enter or win the contest. Your chances of winning will not increase with a purchase. 

1. How to Enter 

To enter, simply visit rickis.com and complete the online entry form. Our team will carefully review all submissions to ensure they follow our guidelines. 

All entries become the property of Ricki's. 

1. Drawing 

There will be one (1) individual prize awarded for the contest – one pair of jeans for each month of the year for a total of 12 pairs of jeans.  

The drawing will be conducted at 1530 Gamble Place in Winnipeg, MB, R3T 1N6. 

1. Eligibility 

The contest is open to Canadian residents who are 18 years of age or older as of the first day of the month they enter the contest. Employees or agents of Ricki's, its affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and immediate family members living in the same household are not eligible to take part. 

1. Prizes 

The prize will be awarded as a gift card, with the retail value of $840 CAD. If any or all items are unavailable due to being out of stock or for any other reason, the winner may select a different product of equal original retail value. 

The winner will need to verify their address and clothing size information prior to the shipment of the prize, which will be sent as a gift package 

1. Odds 

The odds of winning a prize in each contest draw depends on the total number of qualifying purchase entries received, and the number of eligible, non-purchase entries for a given month. 

1. Winner Notification/Prize Awards 

If you are selected as a winner, we will let you know via email or registered mail. To claim your prize, you will need to meet the following requirements: 

• Correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question without any aid during a pre-arranged telephone call.  

• Sign and return our standard “Declaration and Release Form” within 21 days (about 3 weeks) from the time the prize notification package is emailed. This form confirms your compliance with the contest rules and releases Ricki's from any liability relating to the contest. 

1. Additional Terms 

By taking part in the contest, you agree to these Official Contest Rules and the decisions made by Ricki's Fashions Inc, which will be final in all respects. When you enter the contest, you release Ricki's Fashions Inc., its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, administrators, employees, shareholders, agents, and insurers from any liability, claims, damages, demands, actions, or causes of action that may directly or indirectly arise from your participation in the contest or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize. 

Furthermore, if you win a prize, you agree to allow Ricki's and its designees to use your name, voice, declarations related to the contest, likeness, photograph, city, and province or territory of residence for advertising and publicity purposes without added compensation. 

1. Limitation of Liability 

Ricki's shall not be responsible for any print or typographical errors in contest-related materials. We will not be liable for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible non-purchase entries, or for any postage-related issues with non-purchase entries. We also deny responsibility for any electronic data transmission issues, equipment failures, or other failures that may occur during participation in this contest. If, for any reason beyond our control, the contest cannot run as planned, including instances of fraud, technical failures, computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or any other cause, Ricki's reserves the right to cancel or change the contest, in whole or in part. Entries that are reproduced, fraudulent, illegible, altered, incomplete, or tampered with will be considered invalid. 

Privacy Policy  

By entering this contest, you consent to Ricki's and its promotional agencies storing and using the personal information you submit to administer the contest following these Official Contest Rules. This includes sharing the names and cities/provinces of the contest winners on platforms such as our website and social media. We value your privacy and will oversee your information with the utmost care.
